Life in todays world can be overwhelming. You may feel depressed, anxious, or just stuck, and are finding that your way of managing emotional stress is just not working anymore. This may mean that there is a need to process your painful emotions and learn new skills to address and cope with the challenges of living. I provide a warm, open, nonjudgmental environment for you to process painful feelings, stuck points in thinking, self judgement and most importantly, to move forward to your personal goals.
